Otto Böhne is exhibiting photographs at Kultur Reverenz that were taken in his neighborhood in Kleinbasel, between the Mittlere Rheinbrücke and Wettsteinbrücke bridges.
The pictures were taken over a period of several years. Only in the course of time did this develop into a deliberately photographed long-term project, consisting of color and black-and-white photographs.
The artist takes on an observational and participatory role. In this way, the work on the banks of the Rhine increasingly became an autobiographical documentation.
